Robusta:
Grows up to 1.100 meter. The plant has big leaves and strong roots which can grow deep. The fruits grow in big bulks.
In general Robusta coffee has less acid but more bitterness as arabica. It has a full body taste and is mainly used for espresso.
Arabica:
The plant grows from 1.100 m to 1.600m, in some areas it can be found even higher. The leaves are smaller and the beans grow in groups. The coffee taste if more fruity as Robusta. Besides the caffeine content is less and the taste offers more variance.
Yellow Caturra:
A variety of the species Arabica with yellow bean.
