First time roasting in Romania!

Todays roasts in Sibiu, Romania:

– Robusta, Bali Papuan, Indonesia. Natural
– Robusta, Flores Ruteng Manggarai. Pulp natural
– Arabica, Flores Bajawa, Indonesia
– Arabika, Sulawesi Toraja, Indonesia
– Arabica, Sulawesi Enrekang, Indonesia

After resting roasted been, cupping and blending will follow.
Creating chocolaty, nutty full flavor with low acidic and soft kick for the morning ;-).
